Stott sponsored the Adopt-A-Road program in Salina: Pictured here are David Stott, Donlin Drive Elementary Principal, John Sardella, Staff members, students and their families. A dozen tires, 30 bags of garbage, a microwave and a motorcycle frame were cleaned up along the road and in the area surrounding Donlin Drive.

In 2004, I proposed amending legislation to heavily increase the fines for illegal dumping and littering in Salina. It passed the Town Board unanimously. It was my pleasure to work to make this happen with principal, John Sardella. I would like to thank all of those who volunteered for their commitment to the Town to help me to help make this happen.
